摘 要:在隧道的施工过程中,当两线间距较小时,新建隧道的爆破开挖产生的振动容易引发既有线的开裂变形,甚至导致既有隧道的坍塌,造成重大安全事故。渝怀铁路涪秀二线临近既有线段落长,隧道占比高,施工安全风险大。该文重点分析了渝怀铁路涪秀二线临近既有线隧道洞口明线段施工技术、暗洞段施工技术和临近既有线的施工管理技术,并结合现场工程实例,说明采取合理的开挖爆破方式和处理措施能够取得良好的施工效果,可为类似隧道施工工程提供一定的参考。In tunnel construction,when the distance between two lines is small,the vibration generated by the blasting and excavation of the newly-built tunnel easily causes the cracking and deformation of the existing line,and even leads to the collapse of the existing tunnel and severe safety accidents;the section near the existing line of Fuxiu second line of Chongqing-Huaihua railway is quite long,with a high proportion of tunnels,so there is a high risk in construction safety.This paper mainly introduced the construction technology for the Open-Cut section and the subsurface tunnel section as well as the construction management technology for the tunnel near the existing line of the Fuxiu second line of Chongqing-Huaihua railway.Combined with the field engineering cases,it showed that some excellent construction effects have been achieved by taking reasonable excavation and blasting methods and treatment measures,which has certain guiding significance for similar cases.
