基于翻转课堂的高职行业英语口语教学中的激励机制研究——以培养高等航空服务人才行业英语口语教学为例

摘　　要：通过教学实践发现,在高职行业英语口语教学中,由于课程设置的时间限制,采取翻转课堂教学是较好的教学模式。但是基于高职学生群体的特性,教学中教师必须采用一些激励机制以激发他们学习的积极性、主动性,进而收到良好的教学效果。Based on the teaching practice,it is found that the flipped classroom teaching is an effective teaching mode in vocational spoken English teaching,because teaching time is limited according to the curriculum design.But considering the speciality of the students,incentive mechanism must be applied in the course of teaching so that their learning initiative can be well aroused,and good teaching effect can be achieved.
