摘 要:目的了解漳州市高职护生学习动力水平及职业认同现状,探讨其学习动力水平与职业认同的相关性。方法2019年11月-2020年1月,采用一般资料调查表、护理专业学生学习动力评定量表、护生职业认同问卷,对漳州市某高职院校853名护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果高职护生学习动力总分为119.48±19.59,职业认同总分为59.48±10.65,均处于中等水平,高职护生学习动力水平与职业认同均呈正相关(r=0.238~0.826,均P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,自我概念、社会比较与自我反思、职业选择自主性、社会说服及是否是独生子女均对高职护生的学习动力有影响(均P<0.01),可解释69.4%的变异。结论高职护生学习动力水平与职业认同感均有待提高,高职院校应根据护生的特点,完善培养方案,通过增强护生职业认同感来提高其学习动力水平,确保护理教学质量的稳步提升。Objective To investigate the learning motivation level and professional identity status of higher vocational nursing students in Zhangzhou City,explore the correlation between learning motivation level and professional identity.Methods From November 2019 to January 2020,a questionnaire survey was performed among 853 nursing students from a higher vocational college in Zhangzhou City by using the general information questionnaire,the rating scale of learning motivation for nursing students and the nursing students professional identity questionnaire.Results The total score of learning motivation among higher vocational nursing students was 119.48±19.59,and the total score of professional identity was 59.48±10.65,both were at the medium level.There was a positive correlation between learning motivation level and professional identity status of higher vocational nursing students(r=0.238-0.826,P<0.01).The result of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the self-concept,social comparison and self-reflection,independence of career choice,social persuasion and only child or not had effects on learning motivation of higher vocational nursing students(all P<0.01),which could explain 69.4%of the variation.Conclusion The learning motivation and the professional identity in higher vocational nursing students need to be improved.According to the characteristics of nursing students,the high vocational colleges should improve the training program,increase the learning motivation level of nursing students by enhancing their professional identity,to ensure the steady improvement of nursing teaching quality.
