摘　　要：目的:调查护理人员在临床实践工作中的自我效能,临床上护士与病患之间沟通能力的情况,旨在更好地了解临床护患之间的沟通技巧或能力和护理人员自我效能的相关因素,分析护士与病人沟通能力和自我效能感之间是否有关联。方法:对宁夏某三级甲等医院不同科室、不同学历、不同职称的240名护士运用问卷调查的方法展开调查研究。结果:护士自我效能感得分为(26.67±5.13)分,沟通能力均分为(6.80±0.98)分,处于中等水平;护士自我效能感与护患临床沟通能力呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理层要更加注重对年轻护士、低层级、低职称护士沟通能力的提升,进一步提高护士自我职业认同感,从而提高护士的自我效能感。Objective:To investigate nurses′self-efficacy in clinical practice and the status of nurse-patient communication skills for better understanding the nurse-patient clinical communication skills/abilities and the related factors of nurses′self-efficacy,analyze the correlation between nurse-patient communication ability and nurses′self-efficacy.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 240 nurses with different educational backgrounds and professional titles in different departments of a tertiary grad A hospital in Ningxia.Results:The self-efficacy score of nurses was(26.67±5.13)points,and each item of communication ability was averagely scored(6.80±0.98)points,which was at a medium level;the self-efficacy of nurses was positively correlated with nurse-patient clinical communication skills(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing managers should pay more attention to improving the communication skills of young nurses,low-level nurses,and nurses with low professional titles to further improve nurses′sense of self-professional identity,thereby enhancing nurses′sense of self-efficacy.
