摘  要:温控系统中的恒温控制是生化分析实验的重要方向,温度的过高或者过低都会对反应造成不同程度的影响,对样本检测结果造成一定程度的干扰,且温度的不稳定还会影响样本检测的重复性误差等问题。为了解决当前中小型生化实验过程中对温育盘温度的精确控制,并且将温育盘内的温度保持在37℃±0.2℃,研发了一套以STM32为主控芯片,配合外围的温度数据采集,利用PI加热膜进行加热,结合温度控制算法的系统,并且进行了系统建模和仿真,有效优化了温控系统的快速性、均匀性和稳定性,满足中小型生化实验要求。The constant temperature control in the temperature control system is an important direction of biochemical analysis experiment.Too high or too low temperature will affect the reaction in varying degrees,and eventually cause a certain degree of interference to the sample detection results,and the instability of temperature will also affect the repeatability error of sample detection,In order to solve the problem of accurate control of the temperature of incubation plate in the process of current small and medium-sized biochemical experiments,and keep the temperature in the incubation plate at 37℃±2℃,developed a set of STM32 as the main control chip,with the peripheral temperature data acquisition,using PI heating film for heating,combined with temperature control algorithm system,and carried out system modeling and simulation,effectively optimized the speed,uniformity and stability of the temperature control system,to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized biochemical experiments.
