摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是农业高校发展面临的重大历史机遇,“安吉共识”发表的“新农科建设宣言”更是吹响了农业高校人才培养改革的号角。顺应新形势的要求,在国家宏观政策层面应该尽快推出“农业MBA”并制定个性化的农业高校MBA招生政策。农业主办院校则要对其MBA教育进行重新定位,对MBA人才培养标准进行重新考量,并通过招生过程和培养过程的管理创新来推进MBA人才培养改革。The strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important historical opportunity for the development of agricultural univer⁃sities,and the“Declaration on the construction of new agricultural discipline”issued by Anji consensus is a clarion call for the reform of personnel training in agricultural universities.To meet the requirements of the new situation,we should launch the“Agricultural MBA”as soon as possible and make a personalized enrollment policy for MBA in agricultural universities.The agricultural universities should reorient their MBA education,reconsider the standards of MBA personnel training,and promote the reform of MBA personnel training through the management innovation of enrollment process and training process.
