摘  要:教育软实力是中国软实力的重要组成部分。在对教育软实力概念进行界定的基础上,构建了教育软实力分析框架,即教育价值力、教育制度力、教育政策力、教育创新力和教育传播力。通过国际软实力排行榜比较发现,中国教育软实力与西方发达国家仍存在差距。中国教育软实力存在不善于提出具有价值力的教育理念、制度建设尚不完善、政策设计不健全、教育创新力有待提升、教育传播力受限等问题。为了进一步提升中国教育软实力,我国需加大教育投入,夯实教育软实力的"硬"基础;构建中国特色、世界认同的教育理论体系、知识体系和话语体系,提升中国教育理念影响力;加强制度建设和政策设计,提升中国教育制度和政策的亲和力;构建教育传播体系,讲好中国教育故事。The soft power of education is a significant part of China’s soft power. This study,based on the definition of the soft power of education,provides an analytical framework,which consists of the power of educational value,the power of the educational system,the power of educational policies,the power of educational innovation,and the power of educational communication. According to the international soft power rankings,there is still a gap in the soft power of education between China and developed Western countries,as China has not performed well enough in valuable educational ideas,institutional construction,policy design,educational innovation,and educational communication. To enhance China’s soft power of education,we need to increase investment in education to lay a "hard" foundation for the soft power of education,build Sinicized and universally acknowledged systems for educational theories,knowledge and discourse to strengthen China’s influence in educational ideas,intensify institutional construction and policy design to improve the affinity of other countries for China’s educational system and policies,and construct an educational communication system to tell the stories about China’s education to the rest of the world.
