涂布型雪茄风味卷烟纸的应用效果研究

摘　　要：本研究考察了雪茄风味涂布液对卷烟纸物理性能的影响,以及涂布型雪茄风味卷烟纸对卷烟感官质量、燃烧性能与主流烟气成分的影响。结果表明,涂布液最优溶剂为乙醇、干燥温度70~80℃时,卷烟纸生产状况良好,成品纸可用于上机卷烟。涂布型雪茄风味卷烟纸主要理化指标检测结果均在标准范围内,与空白卷烟纸相比,涂布型雪茄风味卷烟纸定量从27.1 g/m^(2)最多增加到27.8 g/m^(2),阴燃速率从78 s/150 mm最多增加到86 s/150 mm;抗张能量吸收指数从9.87 J/m^(2)最多降低到6.87 J/m^(2)、透气度从64.8 CU最多降低到59.4 CU,涂布液干物质占纸张质量最高可达15%。涂布型雪茄风味卷烟纸雪茄特征嗅香明显,C-2卷烟感官评价得分最高,为50.79分。雪茄风味卷烟主流烟气中烟气烟碱、焦油、CO含量均在控制范围内。涂布型雪茄风味卷烟烟灰灰色优于空白对照卷烟,燃烧速率略有降低。The effect of cigar flavor coating liquid on the physical properties of cigarette paper,and the effect of cigar flavor cigarette paper on cigarette sensory quality,burning behavior and mainstream smoke components were investigated in this study.The results showed that cigarette paper production status was good enough to wrap cigarette when solvent of the coating solution was ethanol or ethanol/propylene glycol(volume ratio of 7∶3),and the drying temperature was 70~80℃.The main physicochemical factors of coated cigar flavor cigarette paper were all within the standard range.Compared with blank cigarette paper,basic weight of cigar flavor cigarette paper increased from 27.1 g/m^(2) to 27.8 g/m^(2),smoldering rate increased from 78 s/150 mm to 86 s/150 mm at most,tensile energy absorption index decreased from 9.87 J/m^(2) to 6.87 J/m^(2),air permeability decreased from 64.8 CU to 59.4 CU at most.The dry matter of coating liquid could account for up to 15% of the paper mass.The smell fragrance of cigar flavor cigarette paper was obvious and C-2 cigarette had highest sensory evaluation score of 50.79.The contents of nicotine,tar and CO in mainstream cigarette smoke of cigar flavor cigarette were all within the control range.The ash gray of cigar flavor cigarette was better than that of blank cigarette,and the burning rate was slightly reduced.
