摘　　要：目的探究培训者培训模式对儿科低年资护士静脉输液治疗临床实践能力的影响。方法选取该院儿科在职低年资护士129名,于2020年3—10月实施传统培训模式,将其设为对照组,选取同批护士于2021年1—5月实施培训者培训模式,将其设为观察组,对两组培训结果进行比较。结果观察组理论、实践操作分数均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组初次静脉穿刺成功率、导管使用率分别为98.45%、9.30%、6.98%、6.20%,明显较对照组89.15%、2.33%、0.78%、0.78%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者静脉输液期间静脉炎、血肿、局部感染等并发症发生率为4.65%,明显较对照组15.08%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培训者培训模式在儿科低年资护士中应用价值较高,可提高护士理论知识及临床实践能力,还可降低临床输液并发症率,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of trainer training mode on the clinical practice ability of pediatric nurses with intravenous infusion therapy.Methods Selected 129 pediatric nurses with low age in the hospital,implement the traditional training model from March to October 2020,set them as a control group,selected the same batch of nurses to implement trainer training from January to May 2021 as the observation group and compared the training results of the two groups.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the initial venipuncture success rate and catheter usage rate of the observation group were 98.45%,9.30%,6.98%,and 6.20%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group at 89.15%,2.33%,0.78%,0.78%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of phlebitis,hematoma,and local infection complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 15.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The trainer training model has a high application value in pediatric low-age nurses.It can improve nurses'theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability,and can also reduce the rate of clinical infusion complications.It was worthy of promotion.
