摘 要:目的探讨在老年病康复临床带教中基于问题的教学法(PBL)应用可行性。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月老年病康复科实习生72名进行带教研究,随机分为参照组(传统基础讲授教学法)和研究组(PBL教学法),各36名。比较两组实习生评判性思维能力评分(开放思想、查找资料、系统化能力、分析能力、求知欲、自信心、认知成熟度、总分)、技能操作成绩、理论知识成绩。结果研究组实习生评判性思维能力评分高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组技能操作成绩、理论知识成绩均高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学方法有效应用后,实习生评判性思维能力评分(开放思想、查找资料、系统化能力、分析能力、求知欲、自信心、认知成熟度、总分)、技能操作成绩、理论知识成绩,提高程度显著,促进了老年病康复临床带教效果的显著提升。Objective To explore the application feasibility of problem based teaching method(PBL)in geriatric rehabilitation clinical teaching.Methods 72 interns in the geriatric rehabilitation department admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for teaching research,randomly divided into the reference group(traditional basic teaching method)and the study group(PBL teaching method),each with 36 cases.Compared the critical thinking ability scores(open thinking,finding information,systematization ability,analytical ability,curiosity,self-confidence,cognitive maturity,total score),skill operation scores,and theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups of interns.Results The critical thinking ability scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The performance of skill operation and theoretical knowledge of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method is effective after application,the interns,critical thinking ability scores(open mind,find information,systematic ability,analytical ability,intellectual curiosity,self-confidence,cognitive maturity,total score),skills operation results,the theoretical knowledge achievements,significantly improve degree,the effect of clinical teaching of geriatric rehabilitation effect is significantly improved.
