摘 要:随着高新技术产业的不断发展和新一轮产业结构调整,全球掀起了科技创业的热潮。工科大学生因其拥有的技术优势成为了潜在的科技创业者。为了培养具有创新创业能力的新型工科人才,高校开展了科技创新创业竞赛等形式多样的创业教育。为探索科创竞赛在培养科技创业型工科人才方面的有效性,本研究在计划行为理论的指导下,以"双一流"高校S校的大四工科学生为研究对象进行了问卷调查(N=145),研究结果表明:1)参加过科创竞赛的学生的创业意图要普遍高于没有参赛经验的学生;2)在科创竞赛情境下,工科大学生的创业行为态度和知觉行为控制对其创业意图具有显著影响;3)虽然参加科创竞赛对工科大学生的创业意图未存在直接影响,但对其创业行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制存在显著正向影响。本研究为科创竞赛的人才培养成效提供了实证依据,并为优化科创竞赛的组织提供参考建议。With the continuous progress of high-tech industry and the new industrial restructuring,the upsurge of technology entrepreneurship has set off worldwide.The technological advantages of engineering undergraduates make them the potential technology entrepreneurs.Subsequently,various entrepreneurship education activities have been organized in colleges to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents,including technological innovation and entrepreneurial competitions(TIECs).Aimed at senior students from a"Double-First Class"university,a quantitative research(N=145)based on Planned Behavior Theory was used to explore the outcomes of TIECs.Results suggested that students participated in TIECs had higher entrepreneurial intention than those who had not such experiences generally;in the context of TIECs,engineering students’attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavior control positively affect their entrepreneurial intention.In addition,although participating in TIECs has no direct influence on students’entrepreneurial intention,it has significantly positive influence on their attitude toward entrepreneurship,subjective norm and perceived behavior control.Feasible suggestions were also proposed to optimize the organization of such competitions.
