高校青年教师支持计划绩效实证研究——以山东理工大学为例

摘　　要：高校实施了资助青年教师成长的一系列计划,实证分析青年人才的绩效和期望是继续实施计划的关键。本文以山东理工大学青年教师支持计划为例,设计调查问卷,选取支持计划在岗人选全体样本,采用检索期刊论文、省级及以上科研项目、省级教学科研奖励、海外访学、入选人才工程计划和职称晋升等指标实证分析支持计划绩效。分析发现样本标志性成果少制约了省级人才工程计划的申报,依据学校学科布局及定位,建议学校实施青年学者支持计划,为学校修订支持计划决策服务。The college and university have implemented a series of programs to support career development of the young teacher.The performances and expectations of the young teacher are evaluated,which is the key to implement the program.Young teacher supporting scheme of Shandong University of Technology was taken as an example in this paper.The questionnaire was designed.Performances of all on duty young teachers who got funding from the scheme were empirically analyzed from such factors as retrieved journal papers,awards and projects of provincial level and above,overseas visiting,professional and technical position promotion,and election for talent project.The analysis shows that few landmark achievements limit the declaration of provincial talent project.The suggestion of carrying out young scholars scheme was put forward according to the university discipline layout and orientation,which make a strategic decision to further enhance the supporting scheme.
