摘  要:近年来,在线教育行业呈现井喷式发展,居家在场、网络在线教育渐趋焦点化及常规化。在线学习者的关怀缺失问题滞缓在线教育的高质量发展,高等教育中亦是如此。学习者与在线学习环境是在线教育中不可二分的主客体,提升在线存在感是在线教育的关键。家庭支持度及技术易用性可能是影响在线教育的关键因子,其对在线存在感作用的黑箱机理尚不明确。采用SEM的分析方法,探究居家在场、网络在线高等教育环境中的家庭支持度及技术易用性对在线存在感作用的黑箱机理,研究结果表明,在此研究情境中,在线学习交互在家庭支持度影响在线存在感的过程中具有中介作用;普遍状态焦虑及学习焦虑在家庭支持度影响在线学习存在感的过程中具有链式中介作用。学习焦虑在技术的易用性影响在线存在感的过程中具有中介作用;学习焦虑及在线学习交互在技术易用性影响在线学习存在感的过程中具有链式中介作用。后疫情时代居家在场、网络在线高等教育需关注在线教育环境融合的适切性、技术运用的能动性、家庭支持的双重功能属性、学习者焦虑的多元调节以及弹性的学习交互策略这五者的有效整合,以促进学习者的主动学习,提升在线存在感。In recent years,the online education industry has shown a blowout development.Home-online education are becoming more and more focused and normalized.The lack of care for online learners slows the high-quality development of online education,as well as in higher education.Learners and online learning environment are inseparable subjects and objects in online education,and the improvement of online presence is the key to online education.Family support and technology ease of use may be the key factors affecting online education.The black-box mechanism of its effect on online presence is not clear.Using SEM analysis method,this paper explores the black-box mechanism of family support and technical ease of use on online presence in home-online higher education environment.The results show that online learning interaction plays a mediating role in the process of family support influencing online presence;general state anxiety and learning anxiety play a chain mediating role in the process of family support influencing online presence.Learning anxiety plays a mediating role in the process that the usability of technology affects online presence;Learning anxiety and online learning interaction play a chain mediating role in the process that technology ease of use affects online presence.Paper suggests that,home-online higher education should pay more attention to the appropriateness of integration with online education environment,the initiative of technology application,the dual functional attributes of family support,multivariate regulation of learners’anxiety and flexible online interactive strategy in the post epidemic era,so as to promote learners’active learning and enhance online presence.
