摘 要:目的了解急诊科护士职业倦怠、心理弹性、神经质人格现状,分析心理弹性在急诊科护士神经质人格和职业倦怠间的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取浙江省5所三级甲等医院的183名急诊科护士,以一般资料调查表、Maslach工作倦怠量表通用版、Connor-Davidson弹性量表简化版、大五人格问卷神经质人格分量表进行调查。结果急诊科护士Maslach工作倦怠量表通用版条目均分(2.19±0.90)分;Connor-Davidson弹性量表简化版总分(26.34±5.86)分;大五人格问卷神经质人格分量表条目均分(2.57±0.66)分。职业倦怠均分及各维度与神经质人格呈显著正相关(r=0.317~0.495,P<0.05),与心理弹性呈显著负相关(r=-0.512~-0.361,P<0.05),心理弹性与神经质人格呈显著负相关(r=-0.450,P<0.05)。中介效应及结构方程模型结构显示,模型拟合度较好,急诊科护士心理弹性在神经质人格和职业倦怠中起部分中介作用,中介效应量为0.188,占总效应的39.57%。结论心理弹性与神经质人格是影响急诊科护士职业倦怠发生的重要因素,心理弹性在神经质人格与职业倦怠间起部分中介作用。Objective To study the present status of job burnout,psychological resilience and neurotic personality of emergency nurses and analyze the mediating effect of psychological resilience between neurotic personality and job burnout.Method Choose 183 emergency nurses from 5 top rank hospitals in Zhejiang Province by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS),the 10-item Condor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC 10)and the Big Five Inventory(BFI).Result The average score on items of MBI-GS is(2.19±0.90)for emergency nurses.The total score on CD-RISC 10 is(26.34±5.86).The average score on each items of BFI is(2.57±0.66).The average score on job burnout and its each dimension have positive correlation with neurotic personality(r=0.317~0.495,P<0.05)and negative correlation with psychological resilience(r=-0.512~-0.361,P<0.05).Psychological resilience has negative correlation with neurotic personality(r=-0.450,P<0.05).Mediating effect and structural equation model show a nice fitting degree.Psychological resilience has partial mediating effect between neurotic personality and job burnout for emergency nurses.The mediation effect size is 0.188,which accounts for 39.57%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological resilience and neurotic personality are important influencing factors of job burnout for emergency nurses.Psychological resilience has partial mediating effect between neurotic personality and job burnout.
