摘 要:具身认知理论重视身体活动方式和运动体验,强调身体对思维和认知过程的作用,为学校体育在实施素质教育、培养人才和完善自身建设发展过程中带来新思路和活力,促进体育育人本质的转变。本文运用文献研究和归纳法从社会形势、学校教育等维度对当下青少年人文精神迷失和具身理论下对人文精神的培养进行分析、思考,研究认为:当代青少年长期“离身”状态导致完整人格的边缘化发展和人文精神的迷失;学校体育在培养人的过程中应重构身体观念,强化具身学习;学校体育在对人文精神培养过程中应注意内外联动治理,实施具体化的教学手段;对学生进行思想情感上的人文关怀、将德育工作贯穿整个体育教学过程等问题。Embodied cognition theory attaches importance to physical activity and sports experience,and emphasizes the role of body in thinking and cognitive process,which brings new ideas and vitality to school physical education in the process of implementing quality education,cultivating talents and perfecting self-construction,and promotes the transformation of the essence of physical education.In this paper,literature research and induction are used to analyze and think about the loss of humanistic spirit of young people and the cultivation of humanistic spirit under the theory of being physically present from the dimensions of social situation and school education.The research shows that the long-term“detached”state of contemporary young people leads to the marginal development of complete personality and the loss of humanistic spirit;In the process of cultivating people,school physical education should reconstruct the concept of body and strengthen physical learning;In the process of cultivating humanistic spirit,school physical education should pay attention to internal and external linkage management and implement specific teaching methods;Humanistic care for students'thoughts and feelings,moral education running through the whole physical education teaching process and so on.
