摘 要:新型电控制动助力器高度集成了电子制动助力和电子稳定性控制系统,具有制动踏板解耦和高性能系统建压响应的特点,可支持再生制动和线控制动等先进控制功能。介绍了该系统的工作原理,并以自检和制动工况诊断为例,研究了该新技术产品在生产制造、车辆使用和售后维护等过程的系统诊断和测试,为先进底盘电控系统的稳健诊断提供参考。The new electronic brake booster is highly integrated with electronic brake booster and electronic stability control system.It has the characteristics of brake pedal decoupling and high-performance system pressure building response,and can support advanced control functions such as regenerative braking and brake by wire.The working principle of the system was introduced.Taking self inspection and braking condition diagnosis as an example,the system diagnosis and test of the new technology product in the process of production,vehicle use and after-sales maintenance were studied,which provided a reference for the robust diagnosis of advanced chassis electronic control system.
