摘　　要：将洋葱拟人化,以第一人称的视角,介绍了切洋葱“辣眼睛”的缘由及消除办法,并介绍了洋葱中富含的营养成分、食疗保健功效及洋葱模型。This paper anthropomorphizes onions to explain why cutting onion can irritate eyes and introduce the methods to eliminate the irritation in the first person.It helps the audience to get acquaintance with the nutritive composition,the value of dietary therapy and the onion model.
