摘 要:通过对高职贫困大学生幸福感的现状进行调查,认为高职贫困生受到认知理念、人格特征、行为能力等主观因素及社会支持、经济状况、应激事件、家庭因素、人际关系等客观因素的影响。鉴于提升高职贫困生幸福感对于个人、社会、国家有着重要意义,提出帮助学生树立正确的三观、完善学生认知、培养学生正确的幸福观、帮助学生设立合理的幸福指标、培养学生提升幸福感的能力、全方位助力形成提升贫困生幸福感合力的工作策略。By investigating the current situation of the well⁃being of poor students in higher vocational colleg⁃es,it is considered that they are affected by subjective factors such as cognitive concept,personality charac⁃teristics and behavioral ability,as well as objective factors such as social support,economic status,stress events,family factors and interpersonal relationships.In view of the important significance of improving the well⁃being of these students for individuals,society and the country,it puts forward the working strategies of helping students establish correct"Three Outlooks",improving students'"cognition",cultivating students'correct"outlook on happiness",helping students set up reasonable happiness indicators,cultivating students'ability to improve their sense of happiness,and helping to form a joint force to improve the"sense of happi⁃ness"of poor students in an all⁃round way.
