摘 要:高速列车在运行过程中,由于结构表面的不平整性产生的湍流边界层激励对车厢内部的声场环境产生了一定的影响。采用非相关壁面平面波技术将湍流边界层转化为一组不相关壁面平面波,利用该组壁面平面波模拟获取了湍流边界层激励下高速列车车窗外表面的壁面压力,并将其加载到车窗有限元结构上构建了湍流边界层激励下高速列车车窗模型。分别研究了空腔厚度、双侧玻璃厚度比以及空腔阻尼损耗因子3个参数对车窗声振特性的影响。结果表明:当空腔厚度为20 mm、双侧玻璃厚度比为9:5、空腔阻尼损耗因子为0.05时,分别为各参数工况下的最优解。基于各参数最优解对车窗结构进行了优化,优化后车窗结构的平均速度响应在分析频段内较之前有了显著的削弱,辐射声功率级整体下降了2.8 dB。During the operation of high speed trains,the turbulent boundary layer excitation caused by the uneven surface has a certain influence on the sound field inside the trains.Uncorrelated wall plane waves technique is used to transform turbulent boundary layer excitation into a set of wall plane waves.The wall pressure of windows under turbulent boundary layer was simulated by using the excitation model,and then it was loaded to the surface of the finite element model to construct the windows model of high-speed trains under turbulent boundary layer.The effects of cavity thickness,glass thickness ratio and cavity damping loss factor on the vibro-acoustic response of windows were investigated.When the cavity thickness is 20 mm,the glass thickness ratio is 9:5,and the cavity damping loss factor is 0.05,the optimal solutions are obtained under the respective parameters.Based on the results of study on parameters,the window structure was optimized,and the average velocity response of the optimized window structure in the analysis band was significantly reduced compared with the previous one,and the radiated sound power level was decreased by 2.8 dB as a whole.
