摘　　要：大数据时代的到来,为高职院校的师资管理提供了有效的技术支持。高职院校利用大数据技术优势,能够更加直观清晰地掌握教师的教学情况。文章通过研究当前我国高职院校师资队伍现状,提出大数据时代高职院校师资队伍建设策略,旨在提高高职院校的人才培养质量。The advent of the era of big data has provided effective technology and means for the management of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the advantages of big data technology,the information of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges can be presented more intuitively and clearly.With an analysis on the current status of teaching staff of higher vocational colleges in our country as a starting point,this paper provides practical and effective suggestions for the innovative development of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in the data-based era,in order to help higher vocational colleges better provide education for students and continuously cultivate talents.
