摘　　要：高职院校发展与区域经济发展紧密联系,将区域文化精神融入高职院校学生职业精神的培养中,具有深厚的实践基础和广阔的路径选择。文章通过剖析将区域文化精神融入高职学生职业精神培养的现实价值和重要意义,介绍将徐州文化精神融入高职学生职业精神培养的实践探索,旨在为广大教育工作者的相关研究提供借鉴。The development of higher vocational colleges is closely related to the development of the regional economy,so the integration of the regional cultural spirit into the training of the professional spirit of higher vocational students,has a deep practical foundation and broad path selection.
