摘  要:食品生物化学是食品专业学生的核心课程,本文以食品生物化学实验教学为基础,对其引发的哲学思想做了深入探讨。从哲学角度分析了唯物辩证思维方法、透过现象看本质、由量变引起质变,以及实践是检验真理的唯一标准等哲学观点在食品生物化学实验教学过程中的应用,表明其不仅能提供思想上的指导,也为实验结果的分析指明方向,有助于提高学生的逻辑思维能力,更好地激发学生的认识潜能。Food Biochemistry is a core course for Food Science specialty.An in-depth discussion on the philosophical thought triggered was carried out by the experimental teaching of Food Biochemistry.Based on the philosophical point of view,the materialist dialectical thinking method,the essence through the phenomenon,the qualitative change caused by the quantitative change were analyzed,and the fact that practice was the only criterion to test the truth in Food Biochemistry experiment,which showed that philosophy can not only provide ideological guidance,but also point out the direction for the analysis of the experimental results,improving students’logical thinking ability and stimulating their cognitive potential.
