摘 要:在不断变化的市场竞争中,构建合理的人力资源管理体系是企业制胜的关键;传统火力发电厂引入新的人力资源管理方法和人才培养、选拔机制至关重要。在研究胜任力模型理论研究的基础上,结合某火力发电厂的岗位需求、能力要求、员工人格因素特征等,构建了符合企业特色的胜任力素质特征模型,并选取该电厂高绩效员工数据进行了提炼、验证。在构建基于胜任力素质特征模型的电厂人力资源管理体系方面做了有益探究,以引导电厂在人员选拔配置、技术培训、绩效考核等方面更具科学性、针对性,达成员工和企业高绩效。In the ever-changing market competition,building a reasonable human resource management system has become the key to success for an enterprise.In a traditional thermal power plant,it is essential to introduce new human resource management methods as well as talent training and selection mechanisms.Based on the theoretical research of the competency model,combining the job requirements,ability requirements,and employee personality factors characteristics of a thermal power plant,this paper constructs a competency character model that meets the characteristics of the company,and selects high-performance employee data from the power plant for extraction and verification and makes useful research in the construction of the power plant human resource management system based on the competency quality characteristic model,in order to guide the power plant to be more scientific and targeted in personnel selection and configuration,technical training,performance appraisal,etc,to achieving high performance of employees and enterprises.
