摘 要:为了解决现有大、重、特结构件立向角焊缝焊接接头熔深较浅导致需要换置焊接设备和预制坡口的问题,提出一种采用机器人三角形摆动模式的焊接工艺.通过对机器人在不同摆动方式下的焊接热输入进行计算,结合电弧热的温度分布特点,在经典双椭球热源模型的基础上建立不同摆动方式下的热源模型,提取角焊缝根部与侧壁点的焊接热循环曲线.结果表明,机器人三角形摆动方式在增强立向角焊缝熔深方面具有突出作用.三角形摆动方式所获得的根部熔深可达锯齿形摆动方式的3~5倍.与锯齿形摆动方式相比,三角形摆动方式所获得的侧壁熔深得到明显提高,焊脚尺寸约增加1/3,且焊缝表面成形微凹,因而利于多层多道焊接.In order to solve the problem of welding equipment replacement and groove prefabrication caused by the shallow penetration of vertical fillet weld joints in existing large,heavy and special structural parts,a welding technology with a triangle swing mode of robot was proposed.Through the calculation of welding heat input of robots with different swing modes and in combination with the temperature distribution characteristics of arc heat,heat source models under different swing modes were established on the basis of classic double ellipsoid heat source model,and the welding thermal cycle curves for both root and side wall points of fillet weld were extracted.The results show that the triangle swing mode of robot has prominent effect in enhancing the penetration of vertical fillet weld.The root penetration obtained by the triangle swing mode is 3 to 5 times as that obtained by the serrated swing mode.Compared with the serrated swing mode,the side wall penetration obtained by the triangle swing mode increases obviously,the size of welding foot increases by about 1/3,and the weld surface obtained by the triangle swing mode is slightly concave,which is conducive to multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
