摘 要:专业认证是对本科专业人才培养质量的综合检验。由于工程教育专业认证工作的深入推广,使工程教育专业认证工作与学生工作两者之间发生了密切的关联,高校学生工作面临着更严格的挑战。文章针对部分高校学生工作存在着理念滞后、管理模式松散等问题,提出了在工程教育专业认证背景下,要进一步创新学生工作方式,就必须紧扣“以学生为中心”的核心理念,加强对“00后”大学生的研究,引导大学生发挥主体作用;同时,积极创新工程教育认证背景下的学生人才培养方式,加强学生工作队伍建设;探索“教学-学工”协同育人机制,相互协作,共同提高人才培养质量。Professional certification is a comprehensive test for undergraduate talents cultivation quality.Higher requirements are put forward for the improvement of talent cultivation quality with the promotion of engineering education professional certification in China.Due to the close relationship between engineering education professional certification and student work,a higher demand is also put forward for the student work.At present,there are still several problems in the student work,such as the backward concept of student work,loose management mode,low degree of coordination,imperfect evaluation mechanism,single working mode,formalism and so on.Aiming at the problems of lagging concepts and loose management models in the work of students in some colleges and universities,this paper proposes that under the background of engineering education professional certification,to further innovate student work methods,it is necessary to closely follow the core concept of"student-centered"and strengthen the the research of post 2000s college students and guide college students to play the main role.this paper also puts forward to actively innovate student talent training methods under the background of engineering education certification,strengthen the construction of student work teams and explore the"teaching-study-work"collaborative education mechanism to cooperate with each other and jointly improve the quality of talent training.
