摘  要:目的探讨高职护生情绪智力、学习适应性与心理健康状况的关系。方法2017年11月至2018年1月,采用情绪智力量表(EIS)、大学生学习适应性量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及一般人口学问卷对整群随机抽取的福建省1678名高职护生进行问卷调查。结果高职护生的情绪智力与学习适应性呈正相关(P<0.01);情绪智力与心理健康呈负相关(P<0.05);学习适应性与心理健康呈负相关(P<0.01)。情绪智力正向预测学习适应性(β=3.54,P<0.01),学习适应性负向预测心理健康(β=-0.07,P<0.01),学习适应性在情绪智力与心理健康之间起完全中介作用。结论高职护生的情绪智力既可以直接预测心理健康,也可通过学习适应性对其产生间接预测作用。Objective To examine the relationship among higher vocational nursing students'emotional intelligence,study adaptability and mental health.Methods Totally 1678 higher vocational nursing students from Fujian province were selected.The Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),Undergraduates'Study Adaptability,Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90),and Socio-demographic Questionnaire were used for investigation.Results Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with study adaptability(P<0.01).Emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with mental health(P<0.05).Study adaptability was negatively correlated with mental health(P<0.05).Emotional intelligence positively predicted study adaptability(β=3.54,P<0.01),and study adaptability negatively predicted mental health(β=-0.07,P<0.01).Study adaptability fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health.Conclusions It suggests that emotional intelligence could predict mental health directly,and predict it indirectly through study adaptability.
