高职院校社科联新型智库的建设原则与路径研究——以扬州职业大学为例

摘　　要：如何加强学校新型智库的建设,是目前高职院校需要重视的工作之一。智库与社科联在本质上是一致的,在学校社科联的基础上,建设高职院校新型智库是可行的。高职院校新型智库的建设,应突出职业教育类型定位,坚持把握正确方向、体现服务功能、彰显品牌特色、融合协调发展等原则,以及采取强化运行管理、制定建设目标、明确研究内容、改进研究技术和方法、加强团队建设、提升综合影响力等路径。How to strengthen the construction of school social science federation is one of the important tasks in higher vocational colleges.Think tanks and social science federations are essentially the same in colleges and universities,and it is feasible to develop the social science federation in a higher vocational college into a new think tank.This paper holds that higher vocational colleges should highlight the orientation of vocational eductation types,and adhere to the principles of political direction,service functions,brand characteristics and integrated and coordinated development.Meanwhile,it comes up with some corresponding paths,including strengthening operation management,formulating development objectives,clarifying the research content,improving research technology and methods,strengthening team construction,and enhancing comprehensive influence,thus achieving the development of social science federation into a new think tank.
