摘  要:目的调查乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院呼吸科护士情绪耗竭现状,并分析护士情绪耗竭与职业使命感的相关性。方法2019年10月—2020年5月,选取乌鲁木齐市6所三级甲等医院的278名呼吸科护士作为研究对象,应用一般资料调查问卷、护士情绪耗竭量表、职业使命感量表(员工版)进行问卷调查。结果乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院278名呼吸科护士情绪耗竭总分为36.20±11.53,职业使命感得分为71.54±16.19;情绪耗竭与职业使命感的总分及各维度之间呈负相关(P<0.05);单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、职称、工作年限、聘用形式呼吸科护士情绪耗竭得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);分层回归分析结果显示,职业使命感可以引起呼吸科护士情绪耗谒得分37.5%的变异。结论乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院278名呼吸科护士的情绪耗竭处于中等以上水平,且职业使命感对情绪耗竭有负向预测作用,医院管理者可以通过采取管理策略帮助护士强化职业使命感,减少情绪耗竭的发生率,促进护理事业的发展。Objective To investigate the current situation of emotional exhaustion of nurses in the respiratory department of gradeA tertiary hospital in Urumqi,analyze the correlation between emotional exhaustion and sense of professional mission in nurses.Methods From October 2019 to May 2020,287 respiratory nurses from six grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi were selected as research objects,and a questionnaire survey was performed by general information questionnaire,nurses’emotional exhaustion scale,sense of occupational mission scale(employee version).Results The total score of emotional exhaustion of 278 respiratory nurses of grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi was 36.20±11.53 and the score of sense of professional mission was 71.54±16.19.Emotional exhaustion was negatively correlated with the total score and dimensions of sense of professional mission(P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences in emotional exhaustion score were statistically significant among respiratory nurses in different age,professional title,working years and employment form(all P<0.05).Stratified regression analysis showed that emotional exhaustion caused 37.5%of variation in the sense of professional mission of respiratory nurses.Conclusion The emotional exhaustion of 278 nurses in the respiratory department of grade-A tertiary hospital in Urumqi is at above medium level,and sense of professional mission has negative effect on emotional exhaustion.Hospital administrators can adopt management strategies to help nurses to strengthen the sense of professional mission,reduce the incidence of emotional exhaustion,and promote the development of nursing career.
