摘　　要：目的探讨上海市在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)过程中,组织公共科目培训考试对培训质量的促进作用。方法从培训与考试的主要内容和形式、考试组织和结果运用、对住培质量的影响以及改进意见等四个方面,详细梳理公共科目培训和考试工作成效。结果通过对比2016年—2020年期间住院医师结业考核通过率与公共科目考试通过率,得出公共科目考试能够提升住院医师的自主学习能力,从而提高住培培训质量。结论公共科目培训与考试对住培有显著促进作用。Objective To evaluate effect of the public subjects training and examination on the standardized training quality in resident doctors in Shanghai.Methods From four aspects of the main content and form of training and examination,examination organization and application of results,the impact on the quality of residential training and improvement suggestions,this paper combs the effectiveness of public subject training and examination in detail.Results By comparing the passing rates of resident graduation examination and public subject examination from 2016 to 2020,it is concluded that public subject examination plays a significant role in promoting residents'autonomous learning ability and improving the overall quality of residential training teaching.Conclusion The working mechanism of public subject training and examination has a significant role in promoting the standardized training of residents.
