摘　　要：目的探讨Eyesi手术模拟器在玻璃体视网膜手术培训中的作用效果。方法自愿参加Eyesi手术模拟器玻璃体视网膜系统培训的无玻璃体手术经验的住院医师12人(A组)和3年以上有玻璃体手术经验的主治医师10人(B组),记录其模拟器训练前及8小时以上模拟器训练后玻璃体视网膜系统中导航训练、镊子训练、玻璃体切除和视网膜前膜的系统评分和操作综合整体评分(global raing scale,GRS),分析两组间及训练前后评分差异。结果模拟器训练前,A组GRS评分、导航训练、镊子训练、玻璃体切除和视网膜前膜的客观系统评分均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义;模拟器训练后,两组GRS评分及各训练模块系统评分均提升,A组GRS评分、玻璃体切除术训练和视网膜前膜的系统评分均低于B组,差异有统计学意义。两组导航训练、镊子训练评分差异无统计学意义。除B组镊子训练模块训练前后评分差异无统计学意义,其余两组各项目评分差异均有统计学意义。结论Eyesi手术模拟器在玻璃体视网膜手术培训中可以评价和提升眼科医生玻璃体切除模拟手术的技能,选择适宜的训练模块可提升模拟训练效力。Objective To investigate the effect of Eyesi surgical simulator in vitreoretinal surgical skills training.Methods Twelve junior residents without any vitreoretinal surgical experience(group A)and ten senior attending physicians(>3 years)with prior experience in vitreoretinal surgery(group B)were included in the study.Performance was evaluated between the two groups and pre-/post-training,including global rating scale(GRS)and objective parameters records of the navigation,forceps,vitrector and epiretinal membrane(ERM)modules in Eyesi surgical simulator.Results Before training,GRS scores and objective parameters records of four modules in group A were significantly lower than group B.After training,GRS scores and objective parameters records of each training module in the two groups were improved.GRS scores,records of vitrector and ERM in group A were lower than that in group B with significant differences.There was no statistically significant difference in scores of navigation and forceps between two groups.There was significant difference in GRS scores and objective parameters records of each training module before and after training in two groups,except the score of forceps in group B.Conclusion The Eyesi surgical simulator can evaluate and improve the skills of ophthalmologists in the vitreoretinal surgical skills training,and selecting proper training modules can also improve the effectiveness of the simulation training.
