广西农村订单定向全科医学生对住院医师规范化培训基地的需求调查

摘　　要：目的全科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)工作已全面铺开,通过对广西农村订单定向问卷调查了解对全科住培基地的需求,以期为广西全科住培基地制定合适的培养方案提供参考。方法对2020年毕业的广西农村订单定向全科医学生122人进行问卷调查。结果调查共发放问卷122份,回收问卷122份,有效回收率为100%。调查结果显示,广西农村订单定向全科医生报考原因主要与家庭因素有关,对全科住培基地的师资水平、住宿有较高的需求,男、女在报考同等学力研究生的意愿均比较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广西农村订单定向全科医生对全科住培基地的师资水平、住宿有较高的要求,住培基地应加强师资建设,提高薪酬待遇,提供必要的宿舍,保障基本的生活需要,提高全科住培基地的吸引力。同时鼓励报考同等学历研究生,为其提供必要政策支持。Objective At the present stage,the standardized training for residents in general practice(hereinafter referred to as residency training)has been fully carried out.Through the questionnaire survey of order-oriented Medicine in rural areas of Guangxi,the demand for residency training bases in general practice was understood,so as to provide references for formulating appropriate training programs for residency training bases in Guangxi.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 122 rural general practitioners who graduated in 2020 in Guangxi.Results A total of 122 questionnaires were sent out and 122 were replied with effective recovery of 100%.The results of this survey showed that the reasons for the enrollment of rural order-directed general practitioners in Guangxi were mainly related to family factors,and there was a high demand for the teaching level and accommodation of the residency training bases of general practitioners.Both men and women showed a high willingness to register for the postgraduate with the same education level,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The rural order-oriented general practice students in Guangxi have a higher demand for the teaching level and accommodation of the general practice residency training bases.The residency training bases should strengthen the construction of teachers,increase salaries and benefits,provide necessary dormitories,guarantee the basic living needs,and improve the attractiveness of the general practice residency training bases.At the same time,we will encourage graduate students with the same academic qualifications to apply and provide them with necessary policy support.
