摘  要:目的:分析认知行为疗法联合沙盘游戏治疗儿童焦虑障碍的效果。方法:选取75例焦虑障碍患儿,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和联合组。对照组35例使用沙盘游戏,联合组40例在其基础上增加认知行为疗法。记录两组疗效;采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较两组患儿负面情绪;记录两组依从性;记录两组满意度。结果:联合组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组SAS和SDS评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,联合组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组依从性率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为疗法联合沙盘游戏治疗儿童焦虑障碍的效果较好,可以有效改善患儿负面情绪,提高依从性,且满意度较好。Objective:To analyze the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)combined with sandplay in the treatment of children with anxiety disorder.Methods:75 children with anxiety disorder were divided into control group(35 cases)and combination group(40 cases).The control group received a sandplay therapy,while the combination group underwent CBT combined with sandplay therapy.The clinical efficacy was compared between both groups.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate negative emotions of children in both groups.And compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were recorded.Results:The curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference of SAS and SDS between both groups before treatment(P>0.05),but SAS and SDS scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);and the compliance and satisfactory rate in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBT combined with sandplay therapy is effective in the treatment of children with anxiety disorder,which can effectively improve the children’s negative emotions and compliance,and achieve higher satisfaction.
