摘 要:非洲共56个国家和地区,其中21个为法语通用语国家。随着中非全面合作不断深入,法语语言人才迎来了新的机遇与挑战。中非农业合作开始于20世纪50年代,是中非众多合作发展计划中的主要任务。文章对20名援非农业技术专家与71名赴非从事法语翻译人员进行了问卷调查与访谈,定量分析了他们的语言、词汇、国情文化素质、跨文化交际能力等情况。结果表明,这两类人员对非洲国情文化的认识仍有所欠缺,语言障碍与专业技术知识不足均会影响农业援非效果。从培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍等方面,对培养服务于农业援非的法语语言人才提出了建议。There are fifty six countries and regions in Africa,among which twenty one use French universally.With the deepening of China-Africa cooperation,French language talents are confronted with challenges as well as opportunities.The agricultural cooperation between China and Africa began in the 1950s and it's a major task among multitudes of cooperation and development plans.This thesis conducts a questionnaire survey among 20 agricultural technical experts in aid of Africa and 71 translators working there.Quantitatively analyzing their language,vocabulary,knowledge about the state and culture of Africa,and intercultural communicative capabilities,this paper shows the two parties both have limited knowledge about the national conditions and culture of Africa.Language barriers and lack of technical expertise will influence the effect of agricultural assistance to Africa.From such aspects as training objectives,curriculum system and training of teachers,the article brings forward advices as to the cultivation of French language talents serving China's agricultural assistance to Africa.
