2017年一2020年温州市瓯海区水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解温州市瓯海区市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染情况,为预防食源性疾病提供依据。方法对2017年--2020年温州市瓯海区市售4大类水产品进行副溶血性弧菌的分离培养和鉴定,分析副溶血性弧菌的污染情况。结果4大类水产品中副溶血性弧菌的检出率为43.50%,其中生食水产品副溶血性弧菌检出率为24.43%,鱼类检出率为51.23%,甲壳类检出率为44.83%,双壳类检出率为52.87%,4大类水产品检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.50,P<0.01)。结论温州市瓯海区4大类水产品均存在严重的副溶血性弧菌的污染,生食水产品中副溶血性弧菌未经有效杀灭极易引起食用者腹泻。卫生监管部门应引起重视,加大食品安全宣传,提升全民食品安全意识,减少本地区食源性疾病的发生。Objective To understand the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products sold in Ouhai District,and to provide basis for preventing foodborne diseases. Methods Isolation,culture and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were carried out in four kinds of aquatic products sold in ouhai district from 2017 to 2020,and the data were collected to analyze the pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in four kinds of aquatic products was 43. 50%,among which the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in edible raw aquatic products was 24. 43%,that of fish was 51. 23%,that of crustaceans was 44. 83%,and that of bivalves was 52. 87%. There was statistical significance on the difference in the detection rate of four kinds of aquatic products( χ^(2)= 27. 50,P < 0. 01). Conclusion There is sever pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in four kinds of aquatic products in ouhai district,and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in raw aquatic products can easily cause diarrhea. Health supervision departments should pay attention to it,increase food safety publicity,enhance people’s awareness of food safety,and reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases in this region.
