摘 要:以18#高速道岔为对象建立可模拟道岔完整转换过程的弹性可弯尖轨转换仿真分析模型,同时根据外锁闭装置结构建立其有限元模型,揭示了外锁闭装置运动对锁闭杆处转换力的影响机理,结合转换分析模型得到尖轨转换力时程曲线,并计算分析不同因素对尖轨转换力的影响规律,研究结果表明:外锁闭装置优化了锁闭杆的受力状态,锁闭杆处转换力远小于尖轨轨腰作用力;夹异物会引起转换力增大,不利于尖轨锁闭到位,当夹异物尺寸为3 mm时尖轨转换力出现明显增幅;尖轨转换力与各牵引点错峰启动时间差整体呈正比关系,且二动转换力受动作时差影响最大。In this paper,based on the No.18 high-speed railway turnout,an elastic bendable point rail switching analysis model which can simulate the complete switching process was established.At the same time,its finite element model was established according to the structure of the external locking device,to reveal the influence mechanism of the movement of the external locking device on the switching force at the locking bar.The switching analysis model was combined to obtain the time-course curve of the point rail switching force.The influence of different factors on the switching force of the point rail was calculated and analyzed.The results show that the external locking device optimizes the stress state of the locking bar,with the switching force at the locking bar much smaller than the acting force on the waist of the point rail.Foreign matters will increase the switching force,which is adverse to the locking of the point rail.With the size of the foreign object being 3 mm,the switching force of the point rail will increase significantly.The switching force of the point rail is proportional to the peak staggered starting time difference of the traction points,and the second-action switching force is most affected by the action time difference.
