摘 要:目的分析妇产科护理人员工作效能感状态及影响因素研究。方法抽选于2018年9月—2020年4月医院妇产科护理人员共80名进行研究分析,所有护理人员均采用一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、工作倦怠量表(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)对其工作效能感状态进行有效评估,评价及对比不同年龄、护龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、职称、聘用形式、学习社会技巧、工作倦怠评估情况等,并采用单因素分析与多因素回归分析其影响因素。结果80名妇产科护理人员中,GSES评分为(18.66±2.05)分、MBI评分为(80.25±5.77)分。单因素分析结果得出:不同文化程度、婚姻状况、聘用形式比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、职称、护龄、学习社会技巧情况、工作倦怠情况经统计学分析对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果得出:年龄、职称、学习社会技巧、工作倦怠是妇产科护理人员工作效能感状态的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理人员工作效能感状态处于普遍较低状态,且伴有一定工作倦怠感,主要与年龄、职称、学习社会技巧影响因素有关,需加强干预。Objective To analyze the state of work efficacy of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 80 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected from September 2018 to April 2020 for research and analysis.All nurses were assessed with general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and maslach burnout inventory(MBI),and evaluated and compared with different age,nursing age,education level,marital status,professional title,employment form,learning social skills and evaluation of job burnout by single factor analysis and multi factor regression analysis.Results GSES and MBI were(18.66±2.05)points and(80.25±5.77)points respectively.The results of single factor analysis showed that:there was no statistically significant difference in different education level,marriage status and employment form (P > 0.05);there was statistically significant difference in different age, title, nursing age, learning social skills and job burnout by statistical analysis (P < 0.05);the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that age, title, learning social skills and job burnout were the influencing factors of nurses’ sense of efficacy in obstetrics and gynecology (P < 0.05). Conclusion The state of work efficacy of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department is generally low, and there is a certain sense of job burnout, which is mainly related to age, professional title, learning social skills influencing factors, so we need to strengthen intervention.
