摘  要:目的将以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-based learning,PBL)与学生主诊模式相结合,探讨其在急诊临床能力培养中的教学效果。方法选择2018年6月—2018年12月在广东省中医院急诊科规培实习的80名医生,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组40名。实验组采用PBL联合学生主诊模式进行临床带教,对照组采用传统的临床带教模式,比较2组带教模式的教学效果。结果教学后,与对照组比较,实验组理论成绩和临床实践能力成绩明显升高(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合学生主诊模式教学能提高学生理论知识水平及临床实践能力。Objective In this study,we combined problem-based Learning(PBL)teaching method with the students’main diagnosis mode,and then discussed its teaching effect in the emergency department clinical ability.Methods Selecting 80 doctors who have practiced in the emergency department of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to December 2018,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Each group was assigned 40.The experimental group was given clinical teaching with PBL teaching method combined with students’main diagnosis mode.The control group received traditional clinical teaching.The effect was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical scores of the experimental group increased after teaching.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group has higher practical ability after teaching.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL method combined with the teaching of students’main diagnosis mode can improve students’theoretical mastery and clinical practice ability.
