摘 要:随着“二孩”政策的施行,儿科医生的工作环境愈发窘迫。日益增加的儿科患者和屈指可数的儿科医生间的矛盾已引起社会关注。中医儿科学在医学生教学体系中所占份额低,儿科医生在单位得不到重视,使得综合医院儿科的教学和带教见习举步维艰。文章旨在探讨多模式综合教学在综合医院中医儿科床边教学中的应用效果,因材施教、因人施教,可充分激发和调动学生学习主动性,提升参与感,促成学生从纯粹医学生向一线临床医生转化,更好地完成教学和见习任务。With the implementation of the“two-child”policy,the working environment of pediatricians becomes more and more difficult.The conflict between the increasing number of pediatric patients and fewer pediatricians has aroused social concern.The pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine has a low share in the teaching system of medical students,and the pediatricians are not taken seriously in general hospitals,which makes the teaching of pediatricians difficult.The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of multi-mode comprehensive teaching methods.Teaching students according to their aptitude and characteristics can fully stimulate and mobilize their learning initiative,enhance their sense of participation,promote the transformation of them from medical students to front-line clinicians,thus can complete the teaching tasks better.
