吐鲁番葡萄干矿物元素含量指纹特征及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：为探讨吐鲁番葡萄干中矿物元素含量特征,研究土壤、品种、年份对葡萄干中矿物元素含量的影响,本研究采集吐鲁番地区7个品种、3个年份的葡萄干样品130份,土壤样品48份,检测样品中50种矿物元素,并对其中主要矿物元素进行相关性分析和单因素方差分析。吐鲁番地区葡萄种植园中的表层土壤元素含量主要与母质土壤相关;葡萄干中矿物元素含量与土壤中矿物元素含量相关,而且受品种、年份的影响。建立产地溯源模型时,识别可能影响产地溯源的干扰因素并加以剔除,将增加判别模型的稳定性和适用性。The aim of this study is to explore the characteristics of mineral element content in Turpan raisin,and look into the effects of soil,variety and year on mineral element content.In this study,130 raisin samples and 48 soil samples were collected from 7 varieties and 3 years in Turpan area.There were 50 mineral elements in the samples detected,and correlation analysis and one-way analysis of variance were performed for the main mineral elements.The content of topsoil elements in vineyard in Turpan area was mainly related to the subsoil.The mineral element content in raisin is related to the mineral element content in soil,and is affected by variety and year.For the establishment of the origin traceability model,it is necessary to identify and eliminate the interference factors probably affecting the origin traceability,which will increase the stability and applicability of the discriminant model.
