高校导学关系的研究动态与对策建议

摘　　要：高校研究生导学关系是研究生培养的关键要素。随着我国经济的飞速发展和社会的转型,高校的导学关系也在传统向现代的转变中发生着深刻的变化,同时面临着新的挑战。本文论述了近年来相关学者对高校导学关系的期望、影响因素与类型,以及导学关系异化的研究情况,并在此基础上提出了进一步加强高校导学关系建设的建议。The guidance relationship of university graduate students is the key element of graduate training. With the rapid development of China’s economy and the transformation of society, the guiding relationship of colleges and universities is also undergoing profound changes in the transformation from traditional to modern, while facing new challenges. This paper discusses the expectations, influencing factors and types of the University guidance relationship of the relevant scholars in recent years, as well as the research situation of the alienation of the guidance relationship,and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions to further strengthen the construction of the university guidance relationship.
