摘  要:"光电检测技术"是光电信息科学与工程专业的核心课程。在传授专业知识和培养专业技能过程中融入思政教育,达到全程育人、全方位育人的目的,具有重要意义。本文以紫外光电探测器的讲授为案例,将光子型探测器的基本工作原理与特性等知识点串联起来,在讲解其研究发展历程中融入课程思政,向学生传达科学研究精神的内涵;同时,以GaN MSM型紫外探测器制作与测试作为科研实践内容,培养学生严谨的科学操守和良好的科研规范。本案例将传授知识、培养能力相结合,并在教学和实践各个环节融入课程思政,"三位一体",达到润物无声的育人效果。"Photoelectric detection technology" is the core course in the major of optoelectronic information science and engineering. It is of great significance to integrate ideological and political education during the professional knowledge and skill teaching, guiding students to achieve the goal of full and all-round education. This article takes the ultraviolet photodetector as an example which connects in series the basic working principles and characteristics of a photodetector, so as to convey the connotation of the spirit of scientific research to the students. Meanwhile, the fabrication and characterization of a MSM type GaN photodetector is used as a scientific research practice, which helps to cultivate students’ rigorous scientific ethics and good scientific research norms. This case combines the imparting of professional knowledge and ability, and integrates curriculum ideology and politics into each link of teaching and practice, which directs to achieve an education effect that likes moisturizing things silently.
