摘 要:目的探讨三段式线上联合现场教学模式在内科学实验课程中的应用效果。方法选取黄河科技学院2018级临床医学专业50名学生为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(25名)和实验组(25名)两组。对照组接受基于智能模拟人联合标准化患者的常规案例现场教学,实验组在对照组基础上接受三段式线上线下混合式教学模式。课程结束后,比较两组学生期末成绩、评判性思维能力及学生的教学效果评价。结果实验组期末成绩得分、评判性思维能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。92%的实验组学生喜爱混合式教学方式。结论与常规教学方式比较,三段式线上联合现场教学模式可以提高学生成绩,培养学生的评判性思维能力,增加教学满意度。Objective To explore the three-stage online joint field teaching model in internal medicine experiment.Methods A total of 50 students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2018 of Huanghe University of Science and Technology were selected as the research object.Through the random number table,they were divided into control group(25 cases)and experimental group(25 cases).The control group received routine case field teaching based on intelligent simulators and standardized patients,and the experimental group received three-stage online and offline mixed teaching mode based on the control group.After the course,the terminal scores,critical thinking ability and students’teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The terminal scores and the scores of critical thinking ability of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Ninety-two percents of the students in experimental group preferred the mixed teaching method.Conclusion Compared with conventional teaching methods,three-stage online joint field teaching model can improve students’performance,cultivate students’critical thinking ability and increase teaching satisfaction.
