摘 要:目的:探讨采用专业文献阅读结合同伴互助的模式开展医学统计学教学对学生的课程满意度、自我导向学习能力和科研能力等的教学效果。方法:在2020至2021第一学期参加医学统计学课程学习的7个教学班中,采用专业文献阅读结合同伴互助的模式进行教学。课程结束后调查医学生的课程满意度、自我导向学习能力和科研能力水平,分析课程满意度和自我导向学习能力对医学生科研能力的影响。结果:293名医学生课程的满意度均分为(27.45±3.20)分,自我导向学习能力均分为(4.19±0.60)分,科研能力均分为(2.83±0.78)分。医学生对课程的满意度评分和自我导向学习能力均与科研能力的6个维度水平呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.319~0.459和0.551~0.715(P<0.05)。分层线性回归(HLM)分析结果可见,对课程内容满意度高、自我导向的计划实施能力或自我监控能力较强的医学生,其科研能力也较强;模型的R2为0.633,F为40.228(P<0.05)。结论:采用专业文献阅读法和同伴互助学习相结合的模式进行医学统计学教学,学生对课程的满意度高,同时也培养了他们的自我导向学习能力和科研能力。Objective:To explore the teaching effect of professional literature reading combined with peer assistance teaching model on course satisfaction,self-directed learning ability and scientific research ability of medical undergraduate in medical statistics teaching.Methods:Professional literature reading combined with peer assistance were carried out in the course of medical statistics in 7 classes.The course satisfaction,self-oriented learning ability and scientific research ability of medical students were investigated,and the influence of course satisfaction and self-oriented learning ability on medical students′scientific research ability was analyzed.Results:The average score of 293 students′course satisfaction was 27.45±3.20.The average score of self-directed learning ability was 4.19±0.60.The average score of scientific research ability was 2.83±0.78.The score of course satisfaction and self-directed learning ability were positively correlated with the six dimensions of scientific research ability,and the correlation coefficients were 0.319-0.459 and 0.551-0.715,respectively(P<0.05).The results of hierarchical linear multiple regression(HLM)showed that,after learning medical statistics course,medical students with high course satisfaction and self-oriented planning ability or self-monitoring ability have higher scientific research ability.The R2 of the model was 0.633 and F was 40.228(P<0.05).Conclusion:After carried out the model of professional literature reading combined with peer assistance in medical statistics course,students′satisfaction with the course is high,and their self-directed learning ability and scientific research ability are also cultivated.
