摘  要:液液传质系数测定实验是化学工程与工艺、制药工程等本科专业《化工原理实验》的重要组成部分,而且对液液萃取等化工分离过程具有重要意义。本文以本科教学实验乙酸在水和乙酸乙酯中的传质为例,针对教学过程中出现的实验数据不稳定问题,从刘易斯池装置、实验操作过程、气相色谱的使用和界面不稳定理论等方面进行误差分析,进而提出了实验改进建议,为提高本科实验教学质量提供有意借鉴。Liquid-liquid mass transfer coefficient measurement is an important part of chemical engineering principle experiments for undergraduates majoring in chemical engineering and technology,pharmaceutical engineering,etc.It is of great significance for chemical separation process such as liquid-liquid extraction.Taking the mass transfer of acetic acid in water and ethyl acetate as an example,this paper analyzes the error from Lewis cell device,experimental operation process,the use of gas chromatography and interface instability theory in order to explain and solve the problem of unstable experimental data in the teaching process,and then puts forward some suggestions for improving the experiment.So as to provide reference for improving the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching.
