摘　　要：现代学徒制是高职教育的研究热点之一,高职院校发展现代学徒制教育模式是时代发展的必然选择。在现代学徒制背景下,本文针对食品加工机械与设备课程教学中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学过程、教师团队、考核方式四方面系统阐述食品加工机械与设备课程的教学改革研究,探讨学徒制背景下食品加工机械与设备课程教学新思路和新方法。Modern Apprenticeship is one of the hot topics in higher vocational education,and the development of modern Apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable choice for the development of the Times.Under Modern Apprenticeship,this paper focus on some reform exploration of teaching content,teaching process,teacher team and assessment mode according to some problems in teaching process of food processing machinery and equipment.To explore the new teaching ideas and methods of food processing machinery and equipment.
