摘　　要：“一带一路”背景下,我国企业积极响应国家号召“走出去”,努力开拓海外市场,需要大量复合型外语人才。高校要创新人才培养模式,为国家建设和企业发展培养高素质、多元化、富有创新意识和开拓精神的复合型外语人才,以更好适应国际经济发展对人才的需求。建议增加地方高校外语教育语种数量,培养非通用语人才;优化校企合作人才培养模式,构建多元化实践教学体系;鼓励开展第二学士学位教育,培养跨学科复合型高级人才。加快培养具有全球视野的高层次国际化人才,提升高等教育人才培养的国际竞争力,与“一带一路”沿线国家共同发展经济,实现多方共赢。Chinese enterprises strive to expand overseas markets,yet face the plight of talents.Therefore,universities should innovate the educational modes and cultivate high-quality,diversified and innovative talents for the sake of national construction and development of businesses.We assume for increasing the number of language learners,and training non-lingua franca talents,optimizing the educational modes and forming a diversified practical teaching system.In addition,the second bachelor's degree in education is encouraged and interdisciplinary compound talents favored.The purpose is to develop a global vision,enhance the international competitiveness in higher education and develop with countries along the route of BR,and realize the multi-win-win strategy.
