摘　　要：针对抚州医学院建本背景下有机化学传统教学模式存在的问题,以奥克斯集团投入大量经费改善教学环境和创建附属医院为契机,依靠我院成熟运作多年的超星网教平台和互联网热门的抖音短视频平台,进行翻转课堂教学改革探索。实现学生先学后教、边学边教、教师辅导讲解的立体化教学新模式,适应将我院打造为国内知名、省内一流、特色鲜明的医学类本科院校的教学改革需求。In view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of organic chemistry under the background of the foundation of Fuzhou Medical College,taking the opportunity of Oaks Group to invest a lot of funds to improve the teaching environment and create affiliated hospitals,relying on the mature operation of our hospital for many years of superstar network teaching platform and the Internet popular jitter short video platform,the flipped classroom teaching reform is explored.To realize the new three-dimensional teaching mode of students'learning before teaching,learning while teaching and teachers'guidance and explanation,and to adapt to the teaching reform needs of our hospital as a well-known,first-class and distinctive medical undergraduate colleges and universities in China.
