摘  要:开放性实验是高校实验教学的一种新模式。将科研反哺教学理念引入到生物化学开放性实验中,指导教师可以充分利用学校科研资源,并将前沿性科研成果引入到开放性实验项目中,激发了学生的学习兴趣,拓宽了学生的眼界和知识储备,丰富了学生的实验技能,培养了学生的科研素养和创新能力,为将来学生从事科研工作打下坚实的基础。Open experimental teaching is a novel mode of experimental teaching in university.The idea of scientific research feed teaching is suggested to be introduced into open experimental teaching of biochemistry experiment.During this process,scientific research resources will be made full use and pioneering scientific research achievements will be included in open experiment.It is of great importance for students to stimulate their learning interest,broaden their horizons,increase their knowledge and experimental skills,and cultivate their scientific research and innovation ability,which will build solid foundation for students to engage in scientific research work in the future.
