摘 要:直升机传动系统的振动特性分析时,通常基于单独转子部件或机匣部件,忽视了两者之间的耦合关系,这样可能导致传动系统在使用过程中出现耦合振动问题。以某型动力传动轴-机匣系统为研究对象,基于转静子耦合振动机理,采用有限元方法研究了系统的耦合振动特性,并开展了动力特性试验。分析及试验结果表明:采用耦合振动分析获得的系统振动特性与试验相吻合,其中共振转速误差在10%以内;系统在耦合共振下会出现较为明显的振动响应,在设计阶段应避免系统在工作转速范围内出现耦合共振。研究工作可更好地辅助直升机传动系统的动力学设计。Vibration characteristics analysis of helicopter transmission system was usually based on single rotor parts or casing parts,and the coupling relationship between them was ignored,which may lead to coupling vibration problems in the use of the transmission system.Based on the rotor stator coupling vibration mechanism,the coupling vibration characteristics of a certain type of power transmission shaft-casing system were studied by using the finite element method,and the dynamic characteristics tests were carried out.The analysis and test results show that the vibration characteristics of the system obtained by the coupled vibration analysis are consistent with the test,in which the resonance speed error is less than 10%.The system will appear obvious vibration response under the coupling resonance,and the coupling resonance of the system in the working speed range should be avoided in the design stage.The research work can better assist the dynamic design of helicopter transmission system.
