摘  要:精准的性能模型对发动机性能评估和故障诊断尤为重要,其精度主要决定于发动机部件特性图(engine component maps,Map)。这些是发动机制造商的专有信息,是在昂贵的试车测试中获得的。但同种类型发动机由于装配尺寸和制造工艺的误差,个体发动机部件Map之间存在一定区别,其中压气机Map的变化尤为明显。为此提出了一种新的压气机特性图生成方法,通过贝兹曲线的通用方程来表示压气机的转速特性线,将控制贝兹曲线形状的控制点参数表示为无量纲转速的多项式函数,以完成压气机特性图上转速特性线的生成过程。最后利用发动机试车数据,在建立的涡扇发动机性能模型上进行了验证,并对比了使用不同控制点参数对模型精度的影响,结果表明该方法可以有效提高发动机性能模型的准确性。Accurate performance model is particularly important for engine performance evaluation and fault diagnosis,and its accuracy mainly depends on the engine component characteristic engine component maps(Map).These are proprietary information for the engine manufacturer and were obtained in expensive rig tests.However,due to the assembly size and manufacturing process errors of the same type of engine,there are some differences between individual Map,especially the change of compressor map.A new method of generating compressor characteristic map was proposed.The speed characteristic curve was expressed by the general equation of the Bézier curve,and the parameters of the control points controlling the shape of the Bézier curves were expressed as a polynomial function of the dimensionless speed to complete the generating process of the speed characteristic curves on the compressor characteristic map.Finally,the engine test cell data were used to verify the established turbofan-engine performance model,and the influence of different control point parameters on the model accuracy was compared.The results show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of the engine performance model.
